Just came from a bike ride, I haven’t been in a couple of weeks as one week it rained the entire weekday and then was lazy. I only managed to get in four miles but I’m getting back up there. I want to do a sprint tri just to complete it, not for time so I have to be more proactive.
Would be dope though if I had the space to get my cardio up to do laps





at my performance but yay for versatility in my workouts. We getting there, I have so many lbs to shed but I know every bit I’m consistent will work out for me.
