I'm thinking of going vegetarian bruhs, anybody on here doing it? How do you feel when you workout and how is your recovery like?

Did the reverse once I started lifting. Trying to get adequate protein was too much work for my lifestyle. I’m sure it can be done but it was way more than I could commit too. Looking back it was the correct choice for me but to each his own.

All the vegetarians/vegans I know are frail as fukk......unless you got a indefinite budget and a personal chef good luck on that shyt. :mjgrin:

I've met a few IRL who were and worked out but their bodies looked "off" and the non-lifter men are 150lbs and can eat like a rabbit and be cool with it.:hubie:
