hit 340 on the Squat this morning.

Gonna hit Deadlifts hard early nx week, or Sunday night if time permits.

Not sure whats going on with my Bench, but every since I hit 275 everything above 225 been VERY heavy to me.

Feeling Good!

Hit 435 on the Deadlift!!!!

Tried for 425 last time I went heavy on DL's and didn't get it. But I kind of figured with my Sqaut exploding 425 should be easy, so I skipped right over tonight. 405 was light and I said fukk it!

Big 3 is now:

435 DL
340 SQ
275 BP

1035 total.

I think that day I got 275 on the BP was an anomaly tho. I guess it was a mix of feeling good and maybe being in the middle of Keto that let me get that lift, but my BP has been struggle city since then.

Ill try a Max on the BP later this weekend and whatever I get will be my new max.

After 5 month and 25kg gained back in the gym.

What are you eating the night beore and that morning?

Compound lifts on different days and accessories.
Been trying to up my strength and start German volume training, but this shyt is holding me back.

I'm trying to bulk so I take in a lot of carbs and protein. Its African food, I doubt listing any of it will help.
I don't eat anything before my morning workouts

Diet's been completely gone to shyt this past week with the alcohol and everything. :mjgrin::mjcry:


Was able to get in a couple of days at least but something still feels off:francis: Back to the grind today.:wow: I know my gym is going to crazy busy today.:francis:

How much water are you drinking before/during your workouts. When I would get nauseous or lightheaded during squats I normally didn't drink enough water/fluids beforehand.

It's the opposite for me. If I take fluids less than an hour before workouts, I struggle
