hit 340 on the Squat this morning.
Gonna hit Deadlifts hard early nx week, or Sunday night if time permits.
Not sure whats going on with my Bench, but every since I hit 275 everything above 225 been VERY heavy to me.





What are you eating the night beore and that morning?Brehs, recently switched to morning workouts. Each time, half way during my workout, I start getting nauseous. Ruins the whole workout for me

Been trying to up my strength and start German volume training, but this shyt is holding me back.
I'm trying to bulk so I take in a lot of carbs and protein. Its African food, I doubt listing any of it will help.
I don't eat anything before my morning workouts
How much water are you drinking before/during your workouts. When I would get nauseous or lightheaded during squats I normally didn't drink enough water/fluids beforehand.
