I’m getting conflicted I seem to be gaining muscle but still not rid of excess fat I got

I’m not sure if I should start trying low weight high reps

Took this yesterday to see where I'm at.

Not bad but could definitely improve. Wanna get down to 17%. Seems like my trouble area may be my thighs. Always felt like that was the reason why my weight was going up. Could be cuz of squats but who knows. Just gotta be under 188.5 on Sunday if not under 189.

Y'all gonna fukk around and die from heat stroke doing cardio in this heat.

Take yo ass to the air conditioned gym if you got a membership or do some bodyweight exercises at the house.

If you hydrate properly and dress correctly, it's not as bad

If definitely builds resistance and stamina

I don't know how much you weigh but I'd deff set this as your priority for the 2nd Half of the year. The longer you wait, the "stickier" that weight gain will be.

I remember my sophomore spring semester in college. I put on like 30-40lbs of straight fat. Went from 'chubby but would look good with few months in the gym' to 'regular day to day functions are becoming difficult'.

I wasn't an emotional eater, but that semester I had the perfect storm for weight gain: Cold weather, a light academic schedule, no roommates, a weed man down my hall and a 3 min walk from the Cafe with an unlimited points dining plan. I was smoking mad weed and eating all that late night food up until none of my pants fit me and I'd go to nearly every function in sweats :mjcry:

I had to jog that weight gain off for all of summer.

Come to think of it, that may be where my knees started to degrade :francis:

Wow...I'd been carrying around mad water weight from when I went to NYC earlier this month. It's not until today it finally shed off. Was drinking a gallon of water the past 3 days. Weight fluctuation (~10lbs) is a mind trip.
