Creeping up on 200lbs :francis: Last cut was prob last May and I've made big strength gains since then... stayed on my cardio grind... waist is just barely under control. But my diet is trash. Time to set up a legit maintenance diet like I'm cutting :francis: If I can maintain at 195 until I'm ready to pull the pin on the next cut I'll be happy. Maintaining is damn near harder than cutting

Watching vids from my coaching session from yesterday. Still no where near where I want to be aesthetically but I’ve made some good progress over the last few weeks. Looking juicy n/h...

soooo, i was kinda half kidding when i said "juicy" here. but i was at the doc's office on monday for this sinus infection i picked up this week, and they clocked my weight at 230 lbs :wtf:. even backing out 10 lbs for clothes, 220 lbs is more than i've ever ever weighed, even when i was :flabbynsick: status in 2007-8. i kinda thought i was looking and feeling bit more cut up for myself than i usually look. my mid section has been looking relatively more slim, at least to me. i didn't know i've been carrying all that extra body weight. that scale hurt my damn feelings man :to:. the one nurse read the number out loud to the other nurse, then the other nurse repeated it again before she wrote it down, and the first nurse confirmed again. i'm looking at them like they're cursing in a kindergarten class.


i usually go by look and feel over numbers when it comes to tracking progress, but maybe i need to change my approach brehs :bryan:

idk man, how much do jeans, underwear, socks, shoes, belt, undershirt, buttondown weigh? 6lbs? 7lbs?
