Those first couple weeks in a cut can be brutal. You're trying to get your diet and exercise right. Counting the calories and being regimented with the whole process. Doing all of that but not seeing the scale budge at all can be deflating.

Still, we keep pushing.

Hit my Chest pretty good this morning.

Combined Incline BP and KB Swings. Then Worked my way up to a 1 Rep of 235. Felt kind of easy, I think I could get 245. The I did a drop set.

Then Superset Incline DB BP w/ Machine Chest Flys. At the end I did a drop sets on the Fly Machine, then burned out on the DB Incline.

3rd, I did 50 Reps on the Flat Bench at 115.

Threw end a lil bit of Shoulders and Tris and did a Tri Burnout.

Messed around a lil bit on the ISO Bench Machine.

Finished with 4 sets of Push Ups to Failure.

Feeling good. Plus im about 13 hours into a fast, Ill be breaking it round 11, or 12 tonight.

The other mind fukk is the glycogen/water losses at the beginning. Scale is going down, but you are just getting flatter and smaller. Takes a couple of weeks for the fat burning to really kick off, which comes with some other challenges....

Other challenges? Like what?

I’m early into my cut and I’m still kinda yoyoing around. Haven’t quite gotten on a consistent downward trend as of yet.
