I went to the San Jose Fit Expo yesterday I meet and took pictures with CT Fletcher, Legendary Powerlifter Big Rich and his son Sampson. I got the Side Angle and engulfed them :banderas:, I posted the pictures on Facebook and they was like damn you Bigger than Them. I was thinking y'all don't know about getting them side Angles:mjlit:

CT looks fukkin Great, He got alot of size back and his arms is Huge, You still can see the effects of his Heart Transplant on his face. His Homie Legendary Powerlifter and Record Holder Big Rich is freaking Huge he got Huge Ass Arms, he's getting back in Shape, these Man are in their late 50's and 60's and are fukkin beasts. Sampson is getting Huge.

I also meet and took pictures with Strength Cartel, They some cool cat's. Big Boy is a Freaking Monster and Big Joe came along way hes Huge and Lean

I chopped it up with Big Rob Did it, This Brotha is a Monster He's at least 6'4 250 Pounds.

I also seen Mike Rashid, Macc Truck, Kali Muscles and 4x Mr Olympia Jay Cutler.

I had a great time with my children, My Daughter is a Vegan so I brought her some vegan protein and shyt like that, My Son was just eating beef jerky all day.

I brought me CT Fletcher fukk Excuses Shirt and a Strength Cartel Shirt

I need someone to put me on an HIIT routine brehs.
I tried sprinting on Friday brehs, I almost died :russ:
Used to run 400m in high school and played almost every spot..it's sad where my stamina is rn :mjlol:...

I'm 194lbs, 6ft rn..heard HIIT like sprints can help with muscle gain, someone pls put me on. Trying to get to like 210 with more definition

Yea, I just got home after doing another 10ish miles after brunch. Again the hills were crazy. About 0.5 mile from home I cramped up something bad and ran out of water.

I parked my bike and just sat on the ground. Both legs and my abs were cramping heavily. Luckily, a Nigerian community was having a BBQ close by. They ran to me with water and helped me get up and stretch out.
I swear those guys were angels cuz if not for them I’d have been in a serious situation.

Anyway, I walked my bike home after that. I think I was mad dehydrated from the brunch. All that coffee plus the exercise in the 90 degree heat did me in.

Was planning on biking to another brunch tomorrow but F that. I’m resting and taking the train in.

Great workout though. I need to install a bigger water bottle cage on my bike.

I went all out and it felt good. Best part is I got a new bag so I can carry my gym and work things in one fell swoop. Now I can replace the drive to the train station with a bike ride
Do y'all ever wash your gym bag? I only washed mine once because it says to only handwash it and don't put it in the washer.

I've rinsed it out a couple times. I usually leave it to aerate after each gym session. I'll also put it in the sun every now and then.

Stairmaster intervals. 1 minute intense as you can stand it, 90 second recover then do it again


Do that for about 20-30 you’ll be :dead: but thankful.
