Yea, there are lockers at my office. Another alternative is to take the bus to the train station and mount my bike on the bus. Get to the train station, dock my bike and ride the train to work. On my way back from work I can ride my bike home and won't have to worry about sweat since the day is done.

That's a lot of work:picard:

If I had an office job, I would have a mini treadmill/bike at my cubicle...

They would fire me:mjcry:

Are weight lifting shoes necessary?

Am I hindering my squats and deads by wearing running shoes and does it make a difference with your pull?

Im in the market to cop some new trainers and or running shoes.

Im in the market to cop some new trainers and or running shoes.

I'm not squatting in running sneakers ever again:mjlol:

Deads not a problem...

Air force ones actually work well with me when I squat

Im in the market to cop some new trainers and or running shoes.
I squat and dead lift in socks. Other than that I have running shoes for the gym. I don’t like the feeling of standing on something that can be pressed down unevenly

I do want a clean pair of all black low top chucks for when it's lower body days

On another note, heard good things about these under armour boxerjock briefs, and they the truth :lawd:

I dont trust the air bubbles when it comes to squatting in vapormaxes...I will deadlift in them tho

Last time I tried to squat in running shoes, I felt a popping sensation in my back :damn:

Just get something with a flat foot; chucks are perfect. I use my boxing shoes sometimes as well.

I go barefoot for Squats and DLs.

SN: Goal is 4/5 days in the gym this week.

Fri: 2.5 mile run/1 mile walk.

Sat: Full body plus circuit training.

Sun: Rest

Mon: Full body plus circuit training.


I think I will start doing something similar to this when I work my 3 day weekend. Prolly go for a walk on sunday tho just to be active.
