Something fukked up my stomach a few weeks ago, idk it it was my creatine loading+ new protein powder that had probiotics, but I missed a week at work and 2 weeks at the gymFinally done with my 1 week recovery after 12 weeks straight beastin in the gym. Kept my diet semi in check and noticed more cuts and bigger traps. Rest week FTW. Muscles and joints feel rejuvenated
Can't wait to get back into the weight room.

I've noticed a reocurring trend at the gym lately where women will take your squat rack when you're at the water fountain or the bathroom.
I went to take a piss and in the minute and a half it took me to do that and get my belt, some bytch had already reracked all my weights and started her set.
Then they get an attitude with you when you politely tell them you're not done.![]()

The worst is when you hype yourself up too much and go to hit the weight and realize you burnt yourself out hyping yourself. Now you gotta go take 4 mins to calm the hell down![]()



Could be a million reasons why, just gotta stay on the pathGotta keep reminding myself that fat loss comes in bursts. I'm out here lifting heavy, doing cardio, and keeping my diet clean in a calorie deficit eating egg whites and sweet potatoes yet the scale doesn't budge much. Body's prob holding onto a bunch of water weight that will flood out of me at some point.![]()

There isn’t a wrong way. Back when I had less confidence in my strength I was afraid of wasting energy with the extra movement.
