needed a break.
Tired of constantly worrying about that shyt.
Not like im a fitness model or anything.

Its not like we cant eyeball what were eating after doing this shyt for so long.

I feel you. I think MFP is good for those who never understood portion sizes or could grasp how much food is too much food. Like you said, after a while, it becomes like 2nd nature to you, especially if you prep your meals into smaller containers and such.

I think it's much better on a cut than if you're maintaining. It's also good when you've fallen off the wagon

Don't slip up though

1) muscle memory is a thing of wonder...still :flabbynsick: but putting up decent weight on upper days and already got the line under the shoulder/top of bicep back, but....

2) my push up, plank and ab game is :francis:, and...

3) my conditioning on certain things (running) is :trash: while I can still bang out sets of 20-25 burpees no problem

Got my Metcon 5's last week, these look hard as fukk on feet :wow:

Already had a few guys ask me where I copped
I’m a big fan of the metcon’s, although I don’t think they’re as versatile as my speed tr’s (these are better on days when you’re really doing a true mix of cross training/are skewed to more cardio/hiit) and they absolutely suck for sprinting lol, but they are my A1 for my lift/leg days. I have two pair of the 4’s, one I bought recently on sale as the 5’s were still a few weeks away, but will likely cop a pair around Christmas

I got these on Nike.com for $83 shipped, was waiting for a sale, I use these for upper body days and my Adidas power lifts for lower body days, do you have a link to those speed TR's?

The TR’s are a Reebok shoe.

And I’ve seen the power lifts, but my workouts are all pretty much cross training, even when it’s mostly lifting, I put something like jump squats, box jumps or jump rope between SS circuits, so never wanted to invest in a lifting only shoe. But I’m gonna check the Nike site to see if they’re still on sale :ehh:

Potential injury :rudy:

But seriously, I don’t see a point. If you want iso work just stick with single leg/pistol squats or split squats. I guess if you’re an athlete and need single leg thrust that would be beneficial
