I have finally hit that point where I am pushing more weight more frequently than my wrist can handle....So what is the consensus Wrist wraps or gloves with the wrist supports? I have a very nice callus bed (if it is a such thing) on my hands so I don't really have much issue but it would be nice not to be able to scratch people with my palms.

I lost 50lbs but still got a little gut and leftover man t*ts. I'm mainly tryna get rid of the man t*ts. Ben benching, pushups, and using several machines that target the chest. I've gotten and stronger and could bounce my titties and shyt, but it's still a little flab.

Fat loss is a combination of things, diet, sleep, energy expenditure, etc.

Point being, cardio in whatever form is likely not the lone solution.

I changed my diet, been bullshytting the last few weeks, but I've mostly been on some low carb, high protein shyt.

Are you under 200lbs and are you heading into skinny fat territory l?
Yeah I'm under. I hover around 170-175. I went to la fitness earlier this year and was 185 with 21% body fat. I got that Dad bod shyt going.

Trying not get frustrated it's hard as fukk getting below 275 I fast,I drink plenty water, cut down on sweets, bread and meat

It's squatober but I been on the Squats before every workout
No more heavy weights all about reps
Cardio circuit training, calisthenics, and intermittent fasting for 8-12 weeks..no lifting.. gets you there

You should try to get to 170 and give yourself as much leeway as possible because the fat most likely going to your stomach if you bulk...
