I think I will switch back to high bar squats. I do low bar currently and that in addition to heavy deadlifts every week my lower back seems to get too fatigued which has me hitting a plateau at the moment :francis:

i feel you but sometimes you gotta give yourself a break from lifting...esp if youre the type to put on size easily like myself

This is true. I put on size quickly and it's counter productive to my cut. I'll just do calisthenics for the time being then add in weights when I'm closer to my goal. I put on size pretty quickly so it won't be as big of an issue.

My back is fine. We have a soccer match tonight. And I think I'm gonna go for Squatober Day 3 after instead of pushing it a day. I really want that full weekend of rest :blessed:

well that gym trip was a terrible fukking idea but the key is to make it. and I made it

match was a tie. put some dude on a mixtape for the game tying goal. even his teammates were roasting him for it

1 more day and then we rest :whew:

I got elbow pain. I think I got tennis elbow:mjcry:

Do them little straps work. I really don’t want to wear anything but fukk that I got to protect my body.

I wish I got to wait atleast 5 months before I’m back in the real world. Might just have to go light on certain excercises
I’m pretty certain there are some rehab exercises on YT as well. Honestly I’d give anything movement that aggravates it a 7-10 rest. I’ve had it in both elbows and while it doesn’t really get worse it also doesn’t get better.
