Don't waste your money its just an assorted multipack of underdosed bullshyt..get some caffiene pills and bronkaid or primatene.

im 6'6 270-275 i'm trying cut up and get down to 260-265

im 6'6 270-275 i'm trying cut up and get down to 260-265

Waste of money IMO. I never ran it but an ECA stack is about the only thing in that realm worth it. @patscorpio can probably give you more details on that specifically.

You front squat on that?

I mean big picture I don’t know that the machine or apparatus matters if it’s helping with the goal. Of course there wouldn’t 100% crossover to doing front squats with a oly bar.

i have a hard time getting the right grip using the bar

Same, I don’t have the elbow and upper back flexibility to do it. Cross Grip works but after a certain weight that much pressure on the clavicle is no bueno. There are variations with cheap lifting straps that can get you pretty close FWIW

My shirt is unbelievably soaked when i finish my cardio. metabolism ramping up big time.

My lifts have changed so much after working with online coach, no more muscling up my reps or swinging which sometimes can be subtle. All negative movements and sometimes ill hold it for 2 seconds at the top of the range, that extra squeeze will fukk you up.

I'm up to 90 mins step machine level 15 this week then gonna get back down to 60. Can't do 90 mins straight so splitting up to 60 in the AM, then 30 after my workout at night.

Getting very vascular, upper abs are hardened pause, lower abs are tightening..shoulders rounding.

Fun times brehs.
