My shirt is unbelievably soaked when i finish my cardio. metabolism ramping up big time.
My lifts have changed so much after working with online coach, no more muscling up my reps or swinging which sometimes can be subtle. All negative movements and sometimes ill hold it for 2 seconds at the top of the range, that extra squeeze will fukk you up.
I'm up to 90 mins step machine level 15 this week then gonna get back down to 60. Can't do 90 mins straight so splitting up to 60 in the AM, then 30 after my workout at night.
Getting very vascular, upper abs are hardened pause, lower abs are tightening..shoulders rounding.
