Wrist pain has anyone else dealt with this? This is the first time in my life I have ran across this and I just started using wrist straps last week. Both my wrist literally pop and have a sharp pain...

Honestly just depends on how much you value it (time put into diet, recovery):manny: For me as a casual if I get too stressed over hitting numbers I just learn to :hubie:





Weight is back down again, by 3 lbs:gucci: fukk it, I'ma just buy this scale on amazon and track this the right way finally.


Dumbbell bench really got my chest sore as hell:dame: I think I might have found my best form, working to keep my elbows tucked in.:patrice:

I don't know I'm over 400+ but that is because I value being as strong as I can get...I mean why even go to 330lbs you can get killer leg workouts with just 135 on your back...If you aren't trying to constantly build up your strength with what is to me the greatest exercise ever you can go even lower than that...Are you nursing an injury or something?

also fam count the bar in the weight simplifies it to me.

Anyone here working out/running with a knee sleeve? If so, what brand/kind. I might need to get one for as I want to get back into running now that the weather is cooler
i've used that copper style sleeve just find one that is right for you. i don't like feeling like i'm an o lineman while trying to run

If you try to train like you're in your 20s:francis: It's all kinda relative, depends on your volume, frequency, diet, genetics, etc. Some brehs can go at it forever and the reverse can be true.

how do ya'll feel about total body workouts? no heavy lifting just repetition when in the gym


I live by it. Although, I enjoy the pump/pain, I've ditched the bro splits years ago. Just way easier to be consistent doing upper/lower body every workout.
