i've used that copper style sleeve just find one that is right for you. i don't like feeling like i'm an o lineman while trying to runAnyone here working out/running with a knee sleeve? I don't know I'm over 400+ but that is because I value being as strong as I can get...I mean why even go to 330lbs you can get killer leg workouts with just 135 on your back...If you aren't trying to constantly build up your strength with what is to me the greatest exercise ever you can go even lower than that...Are you nursing an injury or something?
