How many things do you guys train per day?

I feel like I'm starting to plateau. I revamped my regiment to train 3 parts per day as opposed to 2. Is that doing too much?

You should prob de-load for a week if you feel like ya plateau is near

I'm definitely not as lean as I could be (especially by internet standards) but :ohlawd: I carry 222lbs on a 5'11" frame damn near as well as someone with a 6'4" frame. People think I'm 205lbs.

i go anyways...i reason in my head as long as i drink alot of water and sweat out the poisons its for the best..broscience at its finest:smugdraper:..i usually do feel better after i do

Nahh i felt like shyt my allergies were acting up.

My midsection has never once been nearly as wide as my shoulders. I should be more grateful for my genetics.

My waist has never been bigger than 31'' with putting on all this weight...black excellence. :whew:
