I hate ab exercises them shyts boring af but i guess ill do em cause my squat is slippin and thats the reason why


Man I hate paying for apps but that athlean x abs makes doing them somewhat bearable.



I had to up my cals, was losing weight too fast:lolbron::mjgrin: Def starting to notice the difference in strength,:picard:, think I'l just do my push/pull on the weekends to give me a day in between my class workouts. :patrice:

About to bush him this week. He's one of those spotters that jumps in at the first sign of struggle. Put up 280 on the bench for the first time for 2, but I dont know about the first one because he touched the fukking bar.

Feel like the second one came out of the rage of him touching the bar tbh.

Man i straight up tell people now that I dont like workingout with other people. It's kinda harsh but it's true. Especially when it's someone who's not on our level.
