Man i straight up tell people now that I dont like workingout with other people. It's kinda harsh but it's true. Especially when it's someone who's not on our level.

Having this issue now, my homegirl is staying with me for the next few days while out here interviewing and asked to come to the gym with me. She’s into working out tho - weights at that - so it’s not too bad. But unless I’m doing a class, I like being on my own, not trying to coordinate a time to get there, etc

Anyway, went hard this week. Hit the gym or boxing everyday. My body is kinda sore and beat up tho, wondering do I take a day off or just need to push thru the adjustment period of a new workout schedule? Got a 90 min massage lined up for tomorrow so that should help at least

Maaaan i thought that was gonna be me yesterday. My stomach was bubbling like a muafukka all afternoon. Did my whole workout with my cheeks clinched :damn:

I avoid squats completely when my stomach is acting up :whoa:
When they say leave it all in the gym, I doubt your stomach contents are part of the package :whoa:

Started using bands for triceps extensions and I'm preferring this to cable.:ohhh:
