I just got a Apple Watch that track calories I’m bout to turn up. How many calories you gotta burn a day to lose stomach I’m 175
its a little more to it than that.

You have to get an idea of how many calories youre currently eating...
...and then slowly reduce your calories from there.

You dont want just drastically cut calories from the jump because that will get you stuck down the road when you hit a plateau.

I hate how fukking hard its been to curb my cravings :mjlol:

I ate super clean all day yesterday and I was glad I was gonna hit a good caloric deficit only to get home from work at 11pm, spot a McChicken on the table and some sour cream & onion Lays and proceed to devour them b4 going to sleep :francis:

Wasted my day :hhh:

Yall prefer high bar or low bar squats ? :patrice:

Just my 0.02 but low bar by far.

Used to only squat high bar until I started stalling. Switch to low and squat jumped up almost 2 plates.

If you don't care about numbers or do Oly lifting, go high bar and save the stress on your lower back. If not, low bar will have you moving more weight for a bigger total and (potentially) bigger gainz.

Ive been a little too lax with the eating...
...ate the last of the food I took from my moms house last night..
...gotta check myself before I get :flabbynsick:

For December, no sweets, no weed...doing intermittent fasting.

usually have a week like that after my physical...which i should go and schedule today...because once the first full week starts in january, 2020 starts its back on the road of super broad shoulders with 24 inch biceps and cutting 25-30 lbs off my frame for spring and summer

right now..maintenance workouts for the rest of the year
