Spinach is goat. If you can try to use fresh foods. Cut up pieces of squash tossed in a little olive oil and seasoned slightly with black pepper and sea salt then baked. Followed up with seasoned cubed red beans cooked in some tomato sauce and blended onions, bell peppers, ghost chili is really good.Last week I ate a buncha damn spinach, a peanutbutter sandwhich, some spinach stuffed ravioli in tomato sauce i got from Trader Joe's and a can of greenbeans and a can of greens.
