if you’re forcing it then it’s hard. What’s the point of limiting yourself for one day to a strict diet if 6 other days you’re eating how you really want?

Last week I ate a buncha damn spinach, a peanutbutter sandwhich, some spinach stuffed ravioli in tomato sauce i got from Trader Joe's and a can of greenbeans and a can of greens.
Spinach is goat. If you can try to use fresh foods. Cut up pieces of squash tossed in a little olive oil and seasoned slightly with black pepper and sea salt then baked. Followed up with seasoned cubed red beans cooked in some tomato sauce and blended onions, bell peppers, ghost chili is really good.

proud of me, i usually have nasty cramps

and I’m back to cooking. My credit card bill is out of order just for this month and I’m going away next week yikes

I bought some veggie chilli from the store a few weeks ago, I missed the meat :dame: but at the same time didnt :ehh:
