haven't been able to workout the past week cuz of this cough. big issue is my lungs are closed up, like this morning drying off from the shower i was winded as fukk/gasping for air. finally went to the doc and they said it's triggering an asthmatic response in me, they gave me some roids and an inhaler. hope this opens things up as i feel like shyt not working out because of this, i feel perfectly fine outside the hacky cough/congested lungs.

I notice they the only ones who will spend an hour straight on a treadmill, sweating all over the machine. After they're done, they won't wipe down the machine or themselves, and go straight to their car and leave. That car must be musty as fukk.

What routine volume are y'all doing for bigger arms?

EZ Curl bar
4 sets of 8-10

Overhead cable curl
4 sets of 10-12

Incline hammer curl
4 sets of 10

Can't lose doing this workout two days a week....trust me. I stay getting compliments for my biceps.

As far as triceps go I suggest

Dips
Shoulder press
Rope straight arm pulldowns

Finally caved in and Replaced my S3 frontier with the new Active 2 Under Armour edition watch

I was contemplating if it's worth paying the extra over the regular active 2, but the cute Best Buy worker told me I looked like a serious athlete and sold me on why I should get the UA edition

dumbell curls 4x10
seated incline curls 4x10-12
incline bench dumbbell curl 4x10-12
ez curl bar 21's 3x (should practically kill you)
machine preacher curls 1 arm at a time 3x10
cable or dumbbell hammers 3-4x10

tri's
single arm dumbbell skullcrushers 3x10
both arm dumbbell skullcrushers 3x10
rope tricep pulldowns 3-4x10
straight/ez-curl bar tricep pushdowns 3-4x10
overhead rope tricep extensions 3-4x10
ez curl bar overhead tricep extension 4x10
dumbbell kickbacks 3x10
cable kickbacks 3x10

biceps should take you an hour; triceps, a little over an hour. get to work

I'm doing gzclp rn, to improve strength. Imma have to be in the gym everyday then when I finish.

i dont know thats just what i do. im 5'9" with 19's pumped. when i try to put on size I TRY TO PUT ON SIZE

straight calisthenics routine for today and tomorrow...friday/sat after thanksgiving ill be back in my hometown so ill be visiting my hardcore gym spot which has a room dedicated to boxing...i cant be just chillin with all that food in my system..gotta burn it off

What routine volume are y'all doing for bigger arms?

My direct arm work is mixed in with my 2 push/pull days

Mondays I do cable kickbacks and cable curls
Thursdays I do overhead cable tricep extensions and standing BB curls

Just takes time though.... takes me about a year to add 10-15lb to a single joint movement based on my training the last ~2-3 years
