Managed to hit 295 on the squats yesterday and my legs are killing me. Gonna have to stick to chest today and let my legs rest.

I been at 275 sets of 8 for about 2 months now, I haven't tried to increase weight at all since I been on a cut for about 4 months, so I'm more then happy with the strength gains I've made

Can't wait to start bulking and getting past 3 plates comfortably

What's your weight? You can definitely hit over 3 plates on a max rep. I can probably clear about 185 for 8 reps. Forgot what I started on this last time, and then lower reps and increase weight. I think I was doing sets of 5 this last time and I got to a certain weight, I think 245 and then moved down to 4, 3, 2, and finally 1. Don't know what my max should be weighing about 195 but hitting 295 once isn't too bad.

I think I was doing sets of 5 this last time and I got to a certain weight, I think 245 and then moved down to 4, 3, 2, and finally 1. Don't know what my max should be weighing about 195 but hitting 295 once isn't too bad.

I'm 31 and just paranoid of hurting myself so dont bother to

Once I get to 3 plates I wont bother to go heavier for sets,I'll be happy with that

Same with bench, once I'm at 225 for reps of 10 I wont go heavier

I gotta work on my bench again. Was slacking a bit on it lately. Need to start getting some strength back. Maybe work on shoulders/tris and back to help me get that overall strength. I'm feeling the burn on lower weights more than I did before. I guess focusing on squats done weakened my bench a bit.

Need some advice:
I sprained my wrist and it's taking forever to heal. Can't do anything heavy or put pressure without a wrist brace.

I took up running and downloaded the Nike training app for some non weight workouts. But alot of excersise still require pm pressure on my wrist: Push ups, mountain climbers. Med ball burpees

My question:. Does it matter if I do like 5k jog or doing plyometric type stuff.

I'm trying to loose weight. Probably 15 lbs.

I'm just gone beast out at 270/275 keep my cardio consistent and eat right then punish the gym

man did not have a good cardio workout today.i think my body knows thanksgiving is next week lol

Did my class and was completely on E.:flabbynsick: That turkey did not help a breh at all.:flabbynsick: I still got a class 9am saturday too:damn::damn::damn:
