Right now we’re going into major calorie deficit

Structured not macro based meal plan

breakfast cup of egg whites

meal 2 5oz chicken 100g greens

meal 3 5oz flank steak, 250g sweet potatoes, 100g greens

meal 4 is PWO shake I just mix 2 scoops of whey with unsweetened almond milk

meal 5 5oz salmon 100g greens

Cardio is at 90 mins on step machine I burn on average 1400 cals

weights I’m doing PUsh pull legs program

One thing I gotta say is 95% of day to day gym folk have no fukking earthly idea what they’re doing.

signing up with a coach opened up my eyes to how even I used to freestyle so much.

I have a plan when I go in there and I know exactly what I need to do down to the last set and rep and last minute of cardio.
