I swear gym etiquette is lost more and more..I'm on the bench in the locker room removing my warmups when a cat comes out of the shower area but ass naked. Where I'm sitting is directly in front of the locker he is using. Now instead of saying excuse me, dude just stands in front of me and starts bending all over all in my face as hes unlocking it :huhldup:...I'm like dog you could at least say excuse me first..shyt :gucci:..he was apologetic but I shouldn't have to tell ppl that smh.

Nah you gotta let nikkas know when they outta line..... not sure what type of energy you giving off why homie would even try some shyt like that cause I wish a nikka would come out n just stand in front of me like that :mjtf:..... as males people tryna take our masculinity n I'm not saying every little thing you gotta be ready to die over, but it's certain moves that both males/females might try to pull on u that u gotta check out the gate..... that's the difference between G's and suckas/simps...... real men check ho shyt straight off the jump, no passive aggressive bs turning the other cheek "well maybe blah blah blah".... I'm chill as hell in person, I love to crack jokes n be funny n charismatic, but at the end of the day if I feel disrespected I'm gonna speak on it n voice my feelings. "You give people an inch, they take a mile". It sucks :yeshrug: but's that human nature... and knowing it you'd best to be on the side of the dominant and not the dominated.... There's a way to get your point across without being hella emotional and that's how true bosses maneuver.

Total opposite for me today. Today was Legs, biceps and back day and I ran through that shyt with ease...quick hour on the treadmill and I'm feeling like I can do it again. Caffeine been good to me.

^This. Only got a late nap and three hours of sleep but woke up lit. WO was a breeze and didn't eem crash until after lunch. :lolbron:

I check in every workout day on my Instagram story to keep myself accountable, I know people will get tired of me lol

I also step on the scale about 5x a week when I work out, to see what’s the results after a rest or active day. Yesterday was rest.

I still am using assisted weight machines but I sprinkle in free weights, currently at 8 lbers and want to get up to 15 by the end of February. I should solidly be on the 10s by the end of this month.

I hop on the scale every morning after using the bathroom (Sat and Sun I'm not as consistent on though). I then take the weekly average to get a sense of my baseline.
Sheesh. I only do that shyt once a week in the morning before I eat. I'd be a wreck checking that shyt everyday.

Maaaaaan i done fukked up.

I been doing this sorta IF thing where i give myself 12 hrs to eat. So 12 on 12 off since I cant eat at the same time everyday.
Usually its around 7-7ish sometimes later.

But yesterday I didnt eat until 9ish. Got home had a shake round 12:30 and that was it :damn:
I didnt eat again today until about 8 am.





Im bout to go take some shirtless pics while my stomach empty tho :shaq:
