I been doing this sorta IF thing where i give myself 12 hrs to eat. So 12 on 12 off since I cant eat at the same time everyday.
Usually its around 7-7ish sometimes later.
But yesterday I didnt eat until 9ish. Got home had a shake round 12:30 and that was it
I didnt eat again today until about 8 am.
Im bout to go take some shirtless pics while my stomach empty tho![]()

That’s the only way I do it...I’m out the bed at 5 and lifting heavy by 5:40...your body gets use to itYoooo
