Yeah I eat big here's my meals
Meal 1 ~ Cup of Oatmeal, 1 Jen-O package of Turkey Bacon, 3 eggs, 1 banana
Meal 2 ~ Protein Cookie
Meal 3 ~ 2 Chicken Thighs, 1 cup of Basil Rice, 1 Apple, 2 String Cheese
Meal 4 ~ 1 Turkey Burger Patty, 1 cup of Spinach, 2 Hardboiled Eggs, Protein Yogurt
Meal 5/Pre Workout Meal ~ 1 can of sardines, 1 Orange, 1 Cup of Black Beans
Meal 6 ~ Post Workout Shake
Meal 7~ Salmon fish, Turkey Patty, Chicken Thigh, Green Veggie Shake
Good stuff, is this just 1 example or do you eat the same every day? n about how many calories would you estimate it is?


why i never thought of this
Kinda feel meh again today. Might just be a cardio day for me.
