Yeah I eat big here's my meals

Meal 1 ~ Cup of Oatmeal, 1 Jen-O package of Turkey Bacon, 3 eggs, 1 banana

Meal 2 ~ Protein Cookie

Meal 3 ~ 2 Chicken Thighs, 1 cup of Basil Rice, 1 Apple, 2 String Cheese

Meal 4 ~ 1 Turkey Burger Patty, 1 cup of Spinach, 2 Hardboiled Eggs, Protein Yogurt

Meal 5/Pre Workout Meal ~ 1 can of sardines, 1 Orange, 1 Cup of Black Beans

Meal 6 ~ Post Workout Shake

Meal 7~ Salmon fish, Turkey Patty, Chicken Thigh, Green Veggie Shake

Good stuff, is this just 1 example or do you eat the same every day? n about how many calories would you estimate it is?

What gym routine do yall use to bulk/clean bulk?

Do you guys do any defined routine or nah?

My new pre workout drink is Instant coffee. I put 2-3 spoons of instant coffee with creatine and BCAA Powder. And it's:ohlawd:

The alert and focus is off the hook, the muscle and mind connection is uncanny, The Pumps is crazy and not only that Caffeine gives you extra strength to hit your 1 rep max

All these years buying pre workout drinks for fukkin nothing.

I was like:martin: why i never thought of this

Man, last night's workout was a slag. Couldn't take pre-workout either since at night it'll fukk up my sleep. :mjcry: Kinda feel meh again today. Might just be a cardio day for me.:patrice:

Can't do the taste of coffee tho. Even smelling it makes my stomach turn. :francis:

Will prolly end up just snorting crushed caffeine when I run out of powder.

Maaaan i been working out going on 10 years now. And for 10 years i been wondering what white women listen to while working out cause I'm like how they get amped off some of this BS pop music.

Dog when I tell you I was in the car gon off preworkout jammin to Britney bytch and Katy Perry like it was nobody business. It was like a NOLA bounce festival in the car.:damn:
That powder unlocked a whole nother to the music :whoo:

Finally got back on preworkout changed my routine to doing cardio before my workout (running 1 mile or a mile on the row machine) fruit smoothie for breakfast drinking more water and meal replacement bar gotta do better on dinner and after work meals though
This 270 has to drop

Meal 2 - 150g sushi rice, 5-6oz chicken breast, 100g greens

Meal 3 - 250g sweet potatoes, 5-6oz chicken thighs or flank steak, 100g greens

Meal 4- PWO shake

Meal 5- 5oz salmon, 100g greens I rotate in carbs depending on what part I work that day (Legs I usually throw in 100g sushi rice)

condiments i use - no sugar added ketchup, whole foods Sriracha sodium free and calorie free, G Hughes no sugar added BBQ sauce

Calories are 2700-3000 calories while I’m lean bulking.

I was down to 2000 during my dieting/cut.

got up to 195 from 181 when I was most shredded.

So I’m slated to start back swimming Tuesday, I don’t do nearly enough strength training but I do tons of cardio (5+ hours a week). I think my best bet is to load up shows on Netflix and pump through, music isn’t enough when I’m lifting.


As far as progress, I can definitely feel my body changing shape, my butt and thighs are getting bigger. Swimming and lifting should get my upper body right. The scale has me up or down .5 lb depending on the day so I will keep at it.
