Starting Strength I ruled out because you 3nd up looking like a bull frog with that GOMAD nonsense. SL 5x5 is great for strength but doesn't give size and aesthetics.
I am rookie in this workout game so I wanna be efficient as possible. Reps for Life for any feedback.
As a beginner or intermediate, your routine means almost nothing. Going to the gym, lifting progressively heavier weights, sleeping 7-9 hrs a night, and eating big. You doing all of that consistently matters far more than anything else. Reread this last sentence at least two times.
Unless you are an advanced lifter, compete, or play a sport, you do not need specialized training. Hard work and consistency trump almost everything else (except steroids), including the minute differences between those 3 programs. Of the three routines you posted, the first one looks the worst. SS would be my second choice, SL would be my first. 5x5 has more upper body volume which may help you realize greater hypertrophy than SS. SL and SS also have more barbell work which I think would be more beneficial for you than the first program.
Also, SL 5x5 and SS both work. I ran SL and ICF 5x5 for maybe 9 months when I first started and those size and strength gains from all those years back still put most of the gym regulars I know to shame. Neither program is gonna win you an Olympia but with your stats/experience that's not really their purpose. Both would get you stronger and bigger than you are now, if you do that consistency thing I mentioned above. FWIW you can also run SS without drinking a gallon of milk a day.
