I'm tired of cutting
Been cutting for like 5 months and I feel I've hit my plateau, my numbers r pretty good but I guess my work out didn't exactly help put on size for my arms, more so strenght, i feel they can only be so big wen I'm getting maybe 1800 calories a day and like 120-140 grams of protein daily
I still got 10-15lbs to loose so my diet is gonna stay the same till then
Wat else can I do brehs?![]()
are you going super hard on your cardio? if its a no..then you know what you need to do

1 do 10mins of HIIT on the assault bike, 1min of 80rpm and then 30seconds of 120rpm intervals
I just started supplementing creatine so I'm hoping that adds some size to my arms![]()

so many scumbags in this industry its unreal.Do what the fukk you want to do. I only take offense when they lie about not taking steroids to sell supplements and meal plans.
I also hate when people try to defend it. "Who cares if they're a fake natty? They're giving good advice." Or, "Who cares if they're a fake natty? They still have to train hard." fukk off. Every day, you got young kids trying to hit the gym for the first time, and when they see shyt like that, it gives them body image issues and unrealistic standards to achieve.
That point is always ignored though because apparently 'body image' is only a concern for fat bytches.![]()

HIIT is cool and all but nothing beats that stair master. Start off at 30, then 45, then 60.
It cut me the fukk up and it perserved my muscles better than the other cardio machines.

Dog, the first time i tried it for 20 mins, my goal was to burn 300 calories...Good looking, in for sure gonna do this starting tomorrow

One guy I truly like and admire is John Meadows. Dude knows his shyt inside out very honest and his information is extremely helpful.Yep. Mind you, I don't think we need to do witch hunts on everybody in the fitness industry, and if someone just doesn't speak on whether they're on steroids, they shouldn't necessarily be forced to admit they are.
But if you're outchea screaming from the hilltops how you're a lifetime natural and how much you believe in natural bodybuilding, while simultaneously selling supplements and programs and meal plans, people have the right to speculate and call you out. Since your brand and your business is at least in part on you being natty, people have every right to question that to make sure you're not false advertising.

Get into a calorie deficit and have a clear and concise cardio regimen that is consistent breh not too varied and all over the place ( I say this based on the info j see you can always correct me)20% if not higher![]()
I was taught 200 less calories a day and 10 additional minutes of cardio to your routine is what is the remedy to overcome a plateau while cutting. Try to get as much protein as possible tho.I'm tired of cutting
