15/22 workouts. Rest days are crucial, took 2 days off from arms so I can smash em tomorrow..... just keeping up with the calories I need which I've been doing better with tbh, forcing myself to eat meals while thinking about my future self who needs it to manifest.
Had an OG correct my form on the squat so I'm doing less but it's always quality over quantity, still managed to bust out 2 @ 315 yesterday.
The machines/equipment at the gym is undefeated, meaning if you fukk yourself up tryna go to hard or just doing an exercise incorrectly, you will be out while the weights just sitting there.
If you've committed to a fitness lifestyle, the gym will ALWAYS be there. Any time I try to max out or do something that feels uncomfortable, I remind myself of this and take it easy. Longevity over short-lived glory.

. Grip gave out pretty early, so I knew I was in trouble. Dragged ass through it. Went on to front squat and was dying, I was pushing 90+ minutes on just these two lifts. Was tempted to cut my losses after and bounce but didn't want to bytch out.
