Day four completeToday my off day so I’m eating big meals and foam rolling. Feels weird only going to the gym two times for the week
100 reps - 20lbs - Seated db military press
100 reps - 7.5lbs -
100 reps - 15lbs - bicep curl
100 reps - 15lbs - tricep pushdown
Going to be slacking way more if I'm in a hospital bed.
And the weekend


this weightvest fukking aggravating. Every time I run I gotta keep adjusting it. Fn knees and shin splints but I powered thru it. I'm gone run a mile no vest and then parachute intervals. These core circuits gone have me shirtless in no time
