Cause muscle and being in shape doesnt = immune health.
Doesnt matter how inshape you are you can still catch a cold

Nah, but if you about that #fitlife your immune system *should* be stronger than if you were :flabbynsick:. And if even if you are sick, your recovery time should theoretically be shorter.

There's scares in my area and the gym was dead. We back to pre-resolution levels. Nothing but regulars and a few random fukkbois. Didn't have to wait for a single piece of equipment; racks was all open. shyt was :blessed:.


That lower back had me going tho. I thought that bish was recovered from Thursday. Got in the rack to squat and it was like :usure: :skip:. Legs was like :shaq::feedme::manny: so I still hit 4 before upper. We eating now.

Damn-near 3 hour session has me :dead: so a refeed is in order. Finna eat some Chinese tonite like :ohlawd::pachaha:.

Bulk too long you just get fat..unless your metabolism is sky high then i understand.

I'm at 189 lbs fasted weight trying to get up to 195 lbs then start cutting in May/June

I started at like 172, now I'm sitting at 207, 208. These long-ass workouts don't be helping. :mjcry:

i usually do high volume when im cutting

low volume/heavy weights during the bulk and sometimes i toss in a high volume workout when im feeling bored or need to refresh

Everybody's different but don't hesitate to experiment breh.
