A fleeting childhood
Finished an hour and twenty min home workout with almost no weights. Core mostly. Calorie wise I’m at like 1800 for the day but I expect to be able to devote at least 4 hours a day to working out once we on a full don’t leave your house quarantine since I don’t have shyt else to do besides play COD

Gym is still open today, really thinking about not doing HIIT class though, nose is getting stuffy and the extra stress on the immune system I dunno about taking a chance on.:sadcam:

If by bodybuilding you mean competitive level, yeah. If by bodybuilding you mean balanced hypertrophy for the intent of looking a certain way, nah. Any able-bodied person can do the latter, and a program designed for that purpose ought to be used by anyone with such a goal. As it so happens, SL5x5 is not designed for that purpose. It will make you bigger and stronger, but it's not adequately balanced, so growth will be disproportionate between body parts.

Dropping this programme and going for a BB oriented one. IDGAF about moving mountains or gaining muscle mass without aesthetic. Going to use the App as guideline for progression but I'm starting BWS.
