I just did this at an exercise park:
Chin ups w/ 35lbs: 10,10,10,10,10,10
Dips w/ 35lbs : 20,20,20,20,25,25
Chin ups: 10,10,10
Body weight rows: 20,20,20
Got a nice arm/upper back pump from it :wow:

I ordered another 25 lb weight from Amazon and it should be here with in the next 2 weeks. I’ll be good even if the gym doesn’t open until the summer.:jawalrus:

Would do pullups at a local park but I see a lot of folk using the bar....gotta sanitize that shyt properly in about a week or so I'll be desperate enough.

I used gloves. I also went at 7 AM, so I was the only one there.
I use gloves too....but we often forget that if we put those gloves in the same pocket as our keys or phone we cross contaminate. I keep saying I can't wait to get back in the gym but the more I see how crazy this shyt is the more I'm embracing the home workouts until this shyt subsides.

Wifey ordered kettlebells but it's gone be forever before they get here

Going for 100 pushups in 5 min
Same for v up toe touches
Then with the weightvest on I'm doing squats with my heavybag on finishing with
5 1 min rounds of jump rope
Trying work up to 3 min
