Is there any reason for you to split muscle groups other than not wanting to hit or emphasize a certain group for X reason?
Again, unless you have specific requirements that preclude you from doing FB for the sake of a sport, you prolly should be doing them.
(This applies to females, many of whom only seem to train abs on down, and to guys, many of whom who neglect their lower body and have upper bodies that look like shyt.)
