^^^ have a build muscle at home article with a breh that has a shyt ton of equipment

anyway, is it better to just do full body workouts in this broke ass gym world? I’m figuring trying to kill myself thinking of modifying splits is probably going to annoy me more than anything

Those spilt squats he posted aren’t a game. Just goofing around with form and I can see the forthcoming burn.

I’m not even worrying about splits and programming. Like today it was enough just to get some decent movement because weather was trash. Any day where I can get a decent pump or some prolonged cardio is a win

Unless you are training for a specific sport or are a bodybuilder/physique competitor, you're prolly better off doing full-body workouts anyways. Please reread that sentence.

Is there any reason for you to split muscle groups other than not wanting to hit or emphasize a certain group for X reason?

Again, unless you have specific requirements that preclude you from doing FB for the sake of a sport, you prolly should be doing them.

(This applies to females, many of whom only seem to train abs on down, and to guys, many of whom who neglect their lower body and have upper bodies that look like shyt. :francis:)

I do upper lower splits...nothing wild, but I work hard enough to not hit shyt daily. And I’m a female who prefers hitting upper, I hate leg day :damn:

IMO U/L splits are pretty meh unless you: a) hit them will increased volume; and b) hit them with the same frequency as a standard FB (x3/wk). Never saw the appeal of doing lower volume and lower frequency.
:scusthov:

I still think most normal ppl would be better off doing FB 3x/wk.
