Finally got my spin shoes, makes the bike that much better
copped a 10lb medicine ball to do wall balls outside and a aerobic step for step ups. Contemplating buying heavier resistance bands, but I think I’ll just work with the cheap set I have and my dumbbells, but If this shyt keeps going imma have a full gym in this bytch.

I'm a about to email my son's private school and put a stop payment on the school fees
and put my membership at the gym on hold
I'll be damned if they stay cashing those payments during this shutdown
Wife went to the store and said everything is gone from the home fitness section
she copped a 10lb weighted vest, 5-10-15 kettlebells, skipping rope in addition to the 5 and 10lb dumbbells we already have.
There is a specialty store that is still open i might get an adjustable bench..my bank account is being depleted fast

that jump rope a god send. I don’t have one and I’m kicking myself for not bringing it to my new crib. I don’t wanna leave the house to go to the athletic store neither

every single fitness equipment is damn near sold out and shut down their e-commerce websites.
They are killing it...COVID got them eating good!
The more i consider it the more i'll just do home workouts that are light on weights and if i lose mass fukk it..at least ill be fitter and have more muscle endurance
I'm meal prepping and eating clean so far. Got some no sugar added Maple Walnut ice cream yesterday i'll indulge when i feel like it.

I have a pair of 16kg kettlebells. Maybe it’s time for me to sell them since I don’t use em.
Did my home workout yesterday. I'm guess I'm really going to have to have a separate day for legs, just not able to get the work in with body weight with doing upper body Can't wait for this kettlebell to come through
Def digging the bands though, really able to work my shoulders something crazy and can burnout sets for tri's/bi's really well.
Going to have to play around with the push-up variations to get that pump but I'm starting to figure it out.
