...I miss having a simple daily routine....
...I even feel guilty eating sometimes because its not like I move much during the day.

Even w/ a home workout and 10 mile bike ride I still dont walk around nearly as much as I normally do.

^This. With my gym even having altered operating hours it's thrown my whole life outta balance.

I don't even be knowing what day it is and seeing my day crew, my morning crew, and the afternoon squad all show up at random times or not at all...

been eating well off his workouts dude got a solid following on YouTube

not gonna lie brehs I’m actually feeling good I do a Morning workout fasted then an evening one to ramp up my metabolism

diet been clean as hell, no cheats at all, quality sleep

gotta make the most of the quarantine

also this is dependent on fitness level and overall goals

BUT

all i need in the morning is 20 mins and evening another 20 mins and my body is very sore and I get a good sweat. The key is maintenance for me. I'm also eating maintenance level calories. Biggest mistake would be to eat in deficit COMBINED with home workouts.

I don't think its a good idea to go longer than 30 mins of a total body workout at home.

Now if you have an actual home gym (if you do i'm hating!) then do as you do at the gym (45-60 mins).
