Doubt I'm ever going to a gym again. Found a used concept 2 rower for 500. 2 weeks a ago copped a pull-up/dip station for 130, battle ropes for 65, 14kg & 28kg kettlebell for 150
Got my bike just before everything shut down last month. Biking outside is the truth. Soon as it gets warmer in the morning I'm going to bike to work everyday which is about a 30 minute ride one way.
I really like this Relive app for my bike rides too.

Just banged out a five miler on the bike at 6 AM, my legs went to lead towards the end, had some slight inclines. Not bad for a 6 month break, and I'm good at the turn signals now
Goal is do this 3x a week, get to 7 by my 5th-6th ride and gradually increase.
Took a nap earlier and just topped this off with a 3.2 mile walk, getting slightly faster mile times shaved 50 secs off my pace.

That’s the goal, I have a big number to drop was on a great path before Covid hit!All this damn cardio.
You gonna waste away.![]()
