Can you take CLA before bed?

I'd stick to taking with food or an MRP, so yes, if you are eating/snacking before bed.

TBH, I haven't seen enough peer-reviewed research to justify taking CLA at all. YMMV obv.

Didn’t workout yesterday, so gonna have to lift Saturday and Sunday.



Did three 20-minute classes today: climb, intervals, and a low impact ride.
  • The climb instructor, Jess, was a weirdo and the music sucked :ld:, the music sucks for most the climb rides, but they are good workouts, that shyt kicked my ass.
  • Then Cody wouldn’t let up in the tabata class, worked our way up to 60 sec work intervals :damn:
  • By the time I threw on Alex’s low impact ride, I was mad I didn’t specifically choose a recovery ride.

Anyway, burned off 630 cals, and finished with my core workout. Shout out to the :flabbynsick: core folks, I was struggling with 30 sec planks just two weeks ago but banged out 60 sec planks this time around.

Today finna cut the grass with the weightvest on then it's training my boys. My oldest does boxing And my middle son basketball. Plenty of cardio today

Before the rona when I was doing mornings, my body was conditioned to go to sleep by 7 or 8p. I would even wake up naturally at like 6a on Saturdays, ready to get it.
