Very few bodyweight exercise feats are impressive to me.

Me and one of my gym boys always argue about this shyt. He's all about aesthetics and doing "unique" shyt like upside down dips. He'd rather look like a black superhero but can't spot you on any lift, coach/give tips, or lift heavy on anything (can't bench/squat/dead 2-3-4 plates)![]()
