So all the gym equipment is sold out right? But is dudes/dudettes really using it or they out here like @portcityplaya and wildin with these rona snacks? Are brehs really accountable to be working out at home, or do they need that peer pressure the gym can provide?

Gonna be interesting to see how this obesity epidemic looks once the rona one is done.

Is shadow boxing a good way to burn a lot of calories?

I did 2 minutes, followed by 1 minute of burpees, then 1 minute rest

Did that like 5 times

Was fully drenched and sweating all over my chest back arms face you name it

Is this good enough? Cuz I'm trying to cut.

As long as you are in a calorie deficit you should be good

Did my banded push workout last night, discovered bear pushups (from wall/elevated), gonna have to add these to the list. :ehh::wow:


Gonna try to do legs tonight. :francis: Gonna have to just eat the deficit on these cals too. Feeling kinda bloated in the a.m the past couple of days.

Sure is. And people who bought all this shyt for it to mostly collect dust gonna want to run the price up to get their money back but the market finna be flooded.

Listen, don't get me started on those types.

I have just recently started wearing arm sleeves because I've experienced some tennis elbow pain that really killed me whenever I lifted anything.

And recently with the pain i feel in my knees and lower back I am shopping for a belt, but LEG WRAPS? :laff: listen it better be 7 plates each side before I put them shyts on. Dudes are such clowns

Just make sure you are doing something to build/maintain muscle too, or else you're gonna be skinny-fat once this is over.

I'm trying to rely on calisthenics

But I got no pull up bar. I have 2 20lb dumbbells and a backpack and try to make do with that. I sweat throughout the workout but I feel like I ain't doing enough.

Also since I'm cutting, it always feels pointless to lift even though it's good to help preserve muscles.

Man fukk this quarantine. Shoulda been outside sprinting lifting some real weight

Gotta do some type of back work. Start doing DB Rows Kroc style, i.e. for high-ass reps (20+). It's better than nothing. If you had some type of low bar you could do fat man (or inverted) rows too.
