On my gorilla shyt

AM:
Run the high school bleachers 4 times(up and down is one) for 4 sets

followed by 4 sets of 4 jumprope sets 1600 turns altogether

followed by 1 mile on the track

followed by 4 hurdles and 4 40 yard dash sprints

PM:
400 pull-ups
600 pushups with 40 pound weight vest
100 burpees with 40 pound weight vest
100 squats with 40 pound weight vest
300 dips with 40 pound weight vest
200 band curls or shoulder presses

Swear I’m on some other shyt fukk the gym been on this since the lockdown Nah I wasn’t doing all this the first day this what I’ve worked up to
So you ain’t ever going back :sas1:

Going back day 1 was hell on tuesday/early am Wednesday.
Legs were sore af until i went on thurs/early Am Friday.

Went today in the morning and started to feel like im getting back into the groove of things. I've hit legs all 3 days cause lawd knows they aint did any lifting in almost 3 months.

Also feeling a lot better bout life and have more motivation to do stuff.
My purpose for living is back :banderas:

Good stuff. I think everyone will have a renewed appreciation for the lifting as they return. There will be a lot of ways to move forward but it can be positive if we make it that way.

:troll: Yea I’ll be back I like the best of both worlds of weights and calisthenics it’s just that I really haven’t missed the gym like I thought I would the shyt I’m doing mixed in with dieting is doing me wonders. What I will admit tho is you definitely have to tap in to a different mindset to do all those reps for calisthenics for sure,it’s not like lifting at the gym
