Very familiar, did them before. 30/60s shouldn’t fry you too much as long as everything else is in order, just wouldn’t do a CNS taxing lift the next day. When you reserve the ratio to more time on than off you might need a rest day in between or a more dialed down lift following.30 on 1 min off as long as many sets I can do. I would imagine you would space it out time wise to keep it as equal relative to number of meals and the protein macro goal for the day.So with that, what would the time inbetween meals need to be at minimum if let’s say you are awake for 14 hours a day?
