That makes sense. That other dude frauding IMOThat's the thing. The months leading up to this, I had just started boxing and muay thai, and was training several times a day, which is obviously cardio-intensive, so I'll chalk up the weight loss to that, no surprise there, and i'm seeing some good definition, etc but I was about to start bulking back up a bit and doing a better job of connecting weight training with all that instead of skipping it. but quarantine stopped that in its tracks, so now i just have to look at my smaller self all the time![]()
