Have brehs been going back to the gym alright? they allowing gyms to open back up on monday where im at and Im really tempted to just say fukk it and go

Gotta ask yourself how much the gym means to you and how much are you willing to pay for it? :patrice: Cats that talk that life but ain't really bout it are better off doing home workouts and KIM (gold price). If you would rather live weak than die stronk, you fall in this category. If you have preexisting conditions or family members you have to take care of, this is you.



If, on the other hand, you feel like working out is worth potentially getting the rona and maybe dying about, then you're prepared to pay the iron price and this shouldn't eem be a question. :dahell: If you have no family or friends to worry about or you're cool facetiming them so you don't have to worry about getting them sick, then you're ready to pay the iron. :demonic:



Lifting is one of the few things I enjoy and this wretched world. I'm okay not seeing my old-ass grandparents, or seeing my family and folks as often so I can keep these gains. Even before rona, I'd skip going on vacation and taking trips as much as possible so I could continue training without interruptions.

My family is across the country and I have no wife and kids :yeshrug:. Time to get my gains back and cardio up.

Honestly it hasnt been too crowded when I've gone and I've gone in all day parts.
I think a lot of people either arent risking it (but im in florida so that aint it for me :mjlol:), they bought at home gym stuff and are on that wave, or just quit it altogether

Calorie intake been below 2000 for a whole week. Last 3 days combined calories around 2200/2300 more water increased cardio intermittent fasting even doing 2 a day workouts b and im still 273

Yesterday I did chest workout and 4 sets of curls workout #2 was 500 sledgehammer swings then a 15 min hiit muay workout with a 50 lb weightvest on and 5 on weights in each hand

  • What intervals are you weighing? If it’s not the same day and conditions then it’s not a great marker
  • 2,000 seems low for you

I would start at 2,200

Weigh once a week, same day and time frame. Daily weigh-ins are worthless if you are complainant to the cals.
