@All-Black the Necroverse wouldn’t get any work done with all the fukkery at my gym. I only mention the highlights here. Today for example saw an older dude (one of those I use to do 315 bench for reps in my day types) do 40 minutes worth of cable machines with a 3 inch range of motion and hella momentum.
I'd be fine. I only post and look for fukkery in between sets.
It was 3 cacs deadlifting by the squat rack next to mine. I'm chillin, doin my sumo thang. Froggy cac had a belt and some Rawlings wide receiver gloves on (

) and was hitching 365 just south of lockout. Back was straight candy cane status before he even started pulling. Did that, failed, then tried again like 1 minute later (btw the gym had just introduced chalk buckets and there was one 2 inches away from where we were).
One of his buddies saw my 455 (light weight) on the bar after I was looking like
