Im being patient but it's frustrating
I do 2 a day workouts every other day I weigh myself every morning 7/730
The fitness tracker app y'all told me about was saying 2500 I haven't seen that once this week. Monitoring sugar intake, everything

@All-Black the Necroverse wouldn’t get any work done with all the fukkery at my gym. I only mention the highlights here. Today for example saw an older dude (one of those I use to do 315 bench for reps in my day types) do 40 minutes worth of cable machines with a 3 inch range of motion and hella momentum.

I'd be fine. I only post and look for fukkery in between sets.


It was 3 cacs deadlifting by the squat rack next to mine. I'm chillin, doin my sumo thang. Froggy cac had a belt and some Rawlings wide receiver gloves on (:dwillhuh:) and was hitching 365 just south of lockout. Back was straight candy cane status before he even started pulling. Did that, failed, then tried again like 1 minute later (btw the gym had just introduced chalk buckets and there was one 2 inches away from where we were).

One of his buddies saw my 455 (light weight) on the bar after I was looking like :what: at his mans and is like "that everyday weight for you?" :gladbron:. I told creh straight up they shoulda never let ole buddy try and herniate his disc like that, no money, competition or even clout was gonna be received. They like "yeah we know". :skip:


I proceeded to put my Beats back on and pull my 505. :hubie:

My gym opened today, got here at 7am and only 5 other ppl are here :blessed:


Lost deadlift strength :pachaha:

Went to the gym around 10:30 and it was around 25% capacity (20-25 people). Loss around 15-20 pounds of strength in all of my lifts but my conditioning is still good. Was able to do a hour on the treadmill without any issues. I thinking about switching my routine starting Monday. It been long overdue and now it's a good time since I been out of action for damn near three month.

Stepped on the scale for the first time 2 weeks and I'm already down 10 pounds. :damn:

I only loss around 5 pounds :yeshrug:. Hoping it was more but my diet has been shyt for the past couple of weeks so I'm not surprise.

I hopped on the treadmill (first time doing cardio in 3 weeks) after lifting for like 2 and half hours and jogged a slow-ass mile and nearly died. :bryan::snoop:

Legs and lungs was like :ufdup: :umad:.
