Keep me posted im thinking of trying at least 3 days

No problem.

I just do this to get rid of the free radicals and etc. inside of the body, you know detox.

The older people I knew, use to fast all the time to detox and they were healthy. Even animals go through some sort of fasting to help purge and repair the body.

Today is the 4th consecutive day I ain’t work out. Tomorrow we back to it :mjlit:
Hope that’s enough time for a muscle strain :mjlit:

Recovery time is just as important as how hard you workout.

3-4 days between full body workouts is actually good. That gives your body plenty of recovery time.

Remember you make gains during rest not while you in the gym.

You was posting some pedo-like shyt just last year :russ:

Now you got people looking for you. Yeah ok:mjgrin:

Who said anything about people looking for me? :dahell:

I just prefer to stay anonymous on the internet. No pics. No social media. No using my government name anywhere. That way they can't link me to anything.

You clowns don't realize that you are essentially setting yourselves up to be blackmailed by the government and corporations when you put all your business on the net. I saw a small piece of this in 2012 and it caused me to radically change how I used the net. I use to have an active Facebook with pictures. I use to state my political and social views on there. Then I saw how simply speaking my mind could be used against me.

Taking 3-4 days between full-body workouts is quite unnecessary. Most cats doing FB workouts don't even go hard enough to need that much rest. My full-body sessions go for 2-3 hours and I damn sure ain't taking 3 or 4 days off between sessions. :dahell: (Especially when you 155 pounds and don't even lift. :camby: )

Hell, I can run 5-7 FB sessions a week without overreaching for several months.

And @Gully Bull remember that you make gains by not eating for 72 hours. :steviej:

This is a major reason I fast as well. For the autophogy/cell repair.

By not eating, we free up the body to allocate its resources elsewhere. One of the areas the body targets while fasting is cell repair. It gets rid of old malfunctioning cells and replaces them with newer healthier cells. This is why a lot of people start to look younger after fasting. This regenerative cell repair has anti-aging benefits.

If you not sore for 2-3 days after a workout, then you're not making gains.

Once again you have to workout smart. Do you do the same exercises? If so then that may be your problem. Try to confuse your muscles with radically different workouts. That way your body never knows whats coming and can't get used to it.

For example, I've been doing high rep bodyweight squats for a bunch of weeks while the gyms were closed. Then last week I did weighted barbell squats for the first time in months and just killed my legs and glutes. Will keep doing weights for the next month then switch back to high rep bodyweight squats.

By switching up all the time. By going from bodyweight training to weight training. By going from high reps/light weight to low reps/heavy weight constantly, you keep your body and muscles always confused. And that leads to crazy soreness and gains.

Actually it was me not being down for LGBT issues that got me in trouble. The cacs dug into my social media posts shytting on fags and used that to paint me as some intolerant person.

Supporting homosexuality is now in. And anyone who doesn't bow to the LGBT agenda is putting themselves at risk. After I saw that shyt I was done with being on the internet unless I was anonymous.

This is categorically false. DOMS is not an indicator of a more or less effective workout. :rudy: Muscle confusion? FOH. Muscles only care about tension. All forms of resistance exercise are simply different ways to activate and engage the muscles using tension, be that from body weight, free weights, machines, etc.

I also don't take strength training advice from anybody weaker than myself, so unless you got some lifting vids to post, :camby:.

You said you couldn’t post a pic because you don’t want them digging into your history.

You admit talking about that community got you in trouble before but you still doing it on here .

So what exactly is preventing you from posting a pic on here:jbhmm:

Will they not use what you just typed against you?

Your body adapts after a while to change. So yes you can add weight to resistance training to increase tension but that will plateau eventually.

The way to not plateau and keep improving is to radically change your workouts so that your body is always in a state where it can't adapt. That's why bodyweight training is critical. That's why high rep/light weight training is critical.

Just doing the typical bodybuilder routine of low reps and heavy weights day after day won't work for naturals over time. Once again you need to stop listening to advice from steriod users. They can get away with not being sore after workouts cause they have performance enhacing drugs giving them unnatural gains. The rest of us need that soreness cause it means we've actually done something to our muscle fibers worthy of repair. Then you rest until those repairs are made then kill it again in your next workout.
