First day back to the gym since quarantine popped off. Pretty good session. Hopped back into the best exercise to do after a long time off

Deadlifts :mjgrin:. Took it light though, well below my pre-quarantine max

-Anyway, this gym is massive. Place can hold like 800 people but they capped it at 400. Probably around 150-175 people where there when I went.
-My endurance is garbage. Jump rope is good for conditioning but my LISS cardio is absolute basura. I got a lot of work to do before the soccer season starts or I'm gonna get smoked on the pitch:mjlol:

-This gym has a $50 annual membership fee :francis: but $13 a month so :yeshrug:

-Gym was pretty evenly split as far as men and women. Most other gyms I've been to skew men by a solid margin. Not a lot of sisters though, like a handful. Far more Beckys and Amys

-The knee sleeves I bought are hot trash. Kept slipping off when I was on the treadmill :hhh:

-There are some machines that I really missed e.g. Low row, dip/raised leg machine, T-Row etc

Gonna use the rest of the week to get back into a schedule and figure out my baseline. I'm still on a cut so I'm more concerned about getting my endurance up for the upcoming soccer season. Still wanna keep things tight though. The real question is if I'll go after WFH or before WFH :jbhmm:

For endurance I may just set a target on the treadmill. Set it at like 6.5 at 3 incline and 40 mins. Keep working until I can run the hole thing without stopping.

Will do G. Truth be told I think I've already had covid. I had a family member test positive for it a few weeks back and they were hanging with me the entire time. If I had it, it's definitely long gone by now.

And yea, 10 + 1 Keeper in full field games. We usually run 9v9 or 8v8 depending on the field size for pickup. Full season we run 11s
